Cafe Colonial is an independent, all-ages live music venue located on the Stockton Boulevard corridor in Sacramento. For more than two decades, the venue has served as an incubator for emerging artists and a safe, inclusive gathering space for diverse creative communities. Cafe Colonial’s mission is to provide accessible, community-centered arts programming that supports local musicians, touring performers, youth artists, and underrepresented communities. The venue presents a high-frequency schedule of live events spanning punk, hardcore, metal, emo, alternative music, comedy showcases, and community cultural programming, including events highlighting BIPOC artists and audiences.
